Welcome to SHOK. By purchasing products from SHOK either in-person, online, or by phone, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

1. ORDERS

 All orders are subject to product availability. SHOK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors or inventory issues. Orders for certain products or gauges may require confirmation by phone before processing. 

2. PRICING

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

Some products may not display price online in these cases, customer must call or visit the store for pricing and order placement. 

3. PAYMENTS

Payment must be made in full before picking up or delivery. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

4. PICKUP ORDERS

Client will be notified when order is ready for pick up. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring they bring appropriate transportation and securing material safety.

5. DELIVERY (PLEASE ALSO READ DELIVERY POLICY)

Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location, and order size. delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, and operational delays. 

Customers must ensure that delivery site is accessible and safe. 

6. PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY

Customer is responsible for verifying product dimensions, gauge, colors, and quantities for all orders made by phone, online, and in person. 

Once the material leaves the store or delivery is completed, SHOK and our third-party delivery drivers are no longer responsible for damages caused by improper handling, storage, or installation. 

7. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY 

SHOK is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or installed according to proper building practices. 

8. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We strive to keep all product descriptions and pricing accurate: however, errors may occur. SHOK reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel orders affected by those errors. 

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

SHOK reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
