Delivery Policy

1. DELIVERY AVAILABILITY 

Delivery is available for select orders depending on:

- Order Size

- Delivery Location 

- Truck Availability 

- Scheduling 

We ask that customers contact SHOK to confirm delivery availability and fee before placing an order online, in person, and by phone if delivery is required. 

2. DELIVERY FEES

Since our deliveries are third-party a member from SHOK will contact the customer with delivery fee amount. Please be aware delivery fees are based on but not limited distance, size weight of order, and if so, special equipment required. 

3. DELIVERY SCHEDULING 

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, and operational delays. 

Customers must ensure that delivery site is accessible, safe for unloading materials, and clear of obstacles. 

4. UNLOADING MATERIALS

Unless otherwise arranged, customers are responsible for providing assistance for unloading, and ensuring proper equipment is available if required. 

5. INSPECT UPON DELIVERY 

Customers must inspect material upon arrival. 

Any visible damages, shortages, or issues must be reported at the time of delivery.

Once materials are accepted, SHOK is not responsible for damages occurring after delivery. 

6. MISSED DELIVERIES

If the delivery location is unattended or inaccessible at the scheduled time, the delivery may be canceled or rescheduled. Additional delivery charges may apply.
